Scouts

Scouts: 10½ - 14 years

Scouts is for 10 ½ to 14-year-old young people aimed at making new friends, having amazing adventures, and learning new skills together.

Scout units are called ‘Troops’. Our troop is called Castle Troop and we meet term time each Wednesday evening from 19.00 until 21.00 at the Scout HQ on Larkwell Lane, Hartley, and frequently at Manor Field, Hartley, for outdoor activities.

Scouts are given the opportunity to try new experiences, for example, camping, orienteering, abseiling, archery, and lots of other indoor and outdoor activities throughout the year. They also get to hang out with friends every week, have fun, play games, learn new skills, work in a team, and take on new challenges.

We explore together, learn about the world around us and help to make a difference in our community and beyond.

If you would like further information and would like to come along for a trial week, please use the contact link to receive further information. We all look forward to meeting you!
